**Your new company**
This leading financial services company specialises in residential lending as well as providing First and Second mortgages and additional to that provides construction loans to their business clients. They have a proven track record of success and their investors have confidence in their ability to generate strong returns. They also are committed to providing excellent service and satisfaction to their clients in achieving their financial goals.

**Your new role**
- Responsible for pipelining new business opportunities to financial planners, accountants and other relevant stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders (BDMs, brokers, investors and clients)
- Proactively attend investment seminars and face to face meetings with prospective investors
- Ensure all procedures are compliant with responsible lending guidelines
- Perform internal reporting and other marketing and administrative duties

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience within a similar non-bank lender and ideally an established network within the financial planning industry
- Strong business acumen and demonstrated track record of business development and strategic development
- The ability to understand how to build an appropriate investor timeline surrounding the likelihood of the investor allocating funds in the short, medium and long term
- Excellent stakeholder management and investor relations skills
- Tertiary studies in finance, business or accounting will be highly desirable
