About the opportunity
This role is pivotal to ISPT’s success, our GM Investor Relations creates and executes the ISPT Investor Relations Strategy and is the conduit between Funds Management, Senior Leadership and the ISPT investors, ensuring effective delivery of insights, reporting and product strategies to ISPT’s Investors.
As the leader of the Investor relations team and working in collaboration with the Fund teams, you and your team will be responsible for:
All aspects of investor engagement including identification, onboarding, due diligence, and consultation.
Creating and distributing fund reporting, finance updates and investor related requests for information.
Management of the experience relating to secondary trades, redemptions, and waitlists in the existing ISPT funds
Product Management insights focusing on competing products and ISPT opportunities
Supporting and contributing to contribute to the equity raising process
Management of all the process and procedures in relation to the CRM database, ISPT templates and the investor portal
This is a unique opportunity for the right person to consider and redesign our Investor relations approach, as we set about delivering on our new strategy to grow the number of investment products for our existing and new investors.
About you
Tertiary qualitied with a focus on with focus on Real Estate, Investment, Finance or Sales, you are an Investor, Customer and partner Relations expert who can both support investors and lead a team. You have proven experience in a client serving roles ideally with knowledge in Funds Management and or Superannuation.
You have a strong industry network and you pride yourself on your superior attention to detail and report writing skills. You are exceptional at negotiations and are comfortable in working at all levels.
