- 35 hours per week 4 day or 9 day fortnight options available
- Salary of $145,682 - $175,260 + Superannuation and leave loading

**Your day-to-day**
- Spearhead the development and implementation of a **division-wide, cross-team data and analytics strategy**:

- Ensure that data & analytics activities are **aligned to business outcomes**:

- Develop a **deep understanding **of the data and analytics **needs **of our product teams and Service NSW to inform the data and analytics strategy
- Help iteratively establish and oversee **data management, data analytics, and data governance systems that enable and inspire rather than constrain**:

- Strategically **oversee the establishment and continual improvement of data platforms and infrastructure, data capabilities and tooling** to enable the data strategy
- ** Provide data leadership & evangelism** to help improve and enrich the organisation’s actionable use of data, promote data literacy and build our data culture
- Work closely with our Head of Product Management, Head of Software Engineering, Head of Design, Head of Architecture and other stakeholders to** tackle problems in a cross-functional way and with an enterprise-wide view**
- Thinks big but executes small
- Is a people person & compelling communicator who is comfortable exercising lateral power & influence, and collaborating with diverse experts across the enterprise
- Is strong on strategy and uses human-centred design principles to problem-solve
- Leverages their data & analytics technical expertise to understand, influence and advise while working collaboratively with and empowering expert practitioners (like data engineers and analysts) on the execution
