**The opportunity to join our team**
- The Head of Data-Driven Engagement is responsible for leading the development and execution of strategies that leverage data analytics to optimise customer engagement, create personalised experiences, and drive business growth. You will spearhead initiatives that transform insights into impactful actions, integrating cutting-edge technology to enhance business outcomes. As a key leader, you will shape the future of customer engagement, making a lasting impact on the organisation’s success.
- This role involves overseeing the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data across customer touchpoints to identify opportunities for deeper engagement. You will develop and implement advanced segmentation and personalisation techniques while ensuring all strategies align with data governance, privacy laws, and internal policies. With a focus on innovation, you will research industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance engagement strategies. Additionally, you will build and maintain a high-performing team culture, manage budgets effectively, and track key performance metrics to refine and improve engagement initiatives.

**What you will bring**:
- Tertiary qualification in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field- 10+ years of senior leadership experience in data and analytics functions- Experience driving data transformation programs with proven growth outcomes- Strong ability to balance commercial, customer, and technical knowledge- Experience managing cross-functional teams, collaborating with marketing and tech teams- Proven track record in delivering data-driven customer engagement strategies at scale- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI)- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), data integration, reporting, and visualization
