**Executive Manager, CFO Transformation - 25773**

**How will I Help?**
The EM role exists to provide high quality leadership to CFO Transformation team and support the broader Consumer Finance LoB, in achieving their transformation program.

You will be:

- Guiding the achievement of Westpac’s strategy by working with the Consumer Finance LoB and broader delivery Teams to ensure the successful delivery of key strategic initiatives.
- Support the Consumer Finance LoB in effective prioritisation of their strategic programs to ensure best value and cadence of delivery.
- Contribute as a key member of the Transformation Delivery Team ensuring the accurate tracking and reporting of the status of all portfolio deliverables including financials, resources and success measures.
- Foster and coach, the project management office team to develop their skills towards industry best practice; and
- To steward the direction of the PMO practice across the Westpac Group towards Westpac’s new ways of working and industry best practice.

**What do I need?**
**Experience and skills required**:

- Demonstrated excellent people leadership management and proven mentoring/coaching skills
- Previous PMO experience, supporting a program or portfolio to deliver transformational initiatives would be highly regarded
- Developed and designed Transformation initiatives and execution plans
- Excellent facilitation and strategy development skills.
- Demonstrated report management and governance experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of risk management and assurance concepts
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to guide and influence decision making at GM2/GM3 level
- Flexibility and resilience in responding to multiple changing priorities
- Skilled ability to work in a dynamic leadership team, contributing to the overall goals of the Portfolio
