Talent Acquisition and People Operations Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition and People Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent for our organization. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies, while also ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle. This position requires a strong combination of recruitment expertise, people operations knowledge, and a passion for building high-performing teams.
**Requirements**:
**1. Talent Acquisition**
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions.
- Coordinate and manage the entire interview process, including scheduling interviews, collecting feedback, and extending job offers.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
**2. Onboarding and Employee Engagement**
- Design and implement an effective onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Facilitate new hire orientations and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Act as a point of contact for new employees, providing guidance and support throughout their onboarding journey.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, recognition programs, and employee surveys.
**3. Performance Management and Employee Development**
- Assist in the implementation and administration of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Support managers in addressing performance-related issues and providing guidance on employee development opportunities.
- Identify training and development needs, and coordinate learning initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
**4. HR Operations and Compliance**
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and metrics for management review.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and people operations.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a high-growth organization.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and interviewing best practices.
- Familiarity with HR processes and practices, including onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in ATS systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Positive attitude, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
