**About this role**

**Crown Clerk 11/12**, starting salary from $139,787 - $154,840 plus Super and annual leave loading, with a 35-hour work week.

**What you'll be doing**
- Support the implementation of the NSW Health Asset Management Strategies, policies and standards.
- Guide the continuous development, maintenance, and improvement of the central asset data system (Asset and Facilities Management Online - AFMO) to ensure evidence-based decision making in support of NSW Health services performance and strategies. This includes implementation of business processes to ensure good quality data, and working with eHealth NSW for ongoing system enhancements.
- Oversee and set the strategy and roadmap for asset information, intelligence, digital asset, and reporting requirements to meet asset-related efficiency and sustainability targets.
- Define clear asset data requirements across all assets to enable consistency in analytical data collection. This will inform a strategic, system-led performance framework and ensure health data and information is high quality, integrated, accessible and utilised.
- Work with eHealth to ensure ICT asset data scope, condition validation and register are structured to align with applicable policies and Health entity system integration (e.g. HGEN).
- Accountable to ensure that 80% of all relevant asset data uploaded to AFMO by 30 June 2026, and all statutory maintenance is programmed through AFMO annually.
- Supporting Health entities to enhance asset data and information capabilities.
- Providing services to other Branches to assess financial models, lifecycle planning and benchmarking.
