Asset & Data Manager

The Asset & Data Manager is a key member of the property asset management team who will play key role in the development, implementation, and ongoing development of an enterprise-wide computerised maintenance management system (CMMS).
You will also:
- Provide leadership, vision and direction to the Asset and Data team and ensure systems, processes and policies align with business requirements.- Oversee statutory maintenance contracts to ensure all RSL LifeCare properties operate at their highest level and develop, implement and maintain a program of audit tools covering all RSL LIfeCare properties and services.- Develop and implement performance reporting tools to be used by various stakeholders, including but not limited to Development, Capital Works, Asset & Property Management Village Management and Maintenance Officers.
You must have:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in property & facilities management of multi-site or large portfolios.- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a senior manager who contributes at an executive level.- Extensive knowledge of asset management practices and compliance regulations and an in-depth understanding of regulatory compliance requirements applicable to RSL LifeCare.-
