**About this role**

The role will provide project, operational and administrative support for Ministry of Health’s Asset Management team. This includes providing timely and accurate administrative and support services including co-ordination and tracking of correspondence, reports and briefing requests, collating advice, briefings and supporting information across a range of complex issues and administrative requirements to support the Ministry’s Asset Management team to meet organisational objectives.

Crown Clerk 5/6, starting salary from $93,295- $102,941 plus Super and annual leave loading, with a 35-hour work week.

**What you'll be doing**
The role includes:
- working in the areas of asset strategy (buildings, medical equipment), property and land, facilities and asset sustainability, asset information and data, asset assurance and performance
- managing, coordinating and overseeing business processes, workflows, and functions
- managing communications to support the achievement of the team’s strategic and operational objectives
- supporting various governances and interfaces and attending key meetings
- providing general executive, secretariat, and project support services to the Executive team.
