About the Role
Due to growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an entry level Sales Development Representative professional to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in driving new business and contributing to our overall growth
You will be provided with on-the-job training, mentoring and work in a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, outreach, follow up sales leads and expand existing client opportunities.
- Preparing quotes and maintaining accurate CRM records.
- Engage with potential and existing clients via phone, email, and in-person to understand their needs and offer tailored logistics solutions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth handover of new accounts and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Contribute to sales campaigns and initiatives to help achieve business growth targets.
Schedule appointments and follow up consistently to close deals and meet your targets
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Eager to learn and build a long-term career in sales and logistics.
- Confident and professional in communication, both written and verbal.
- Time Management Skills
- Driven by results, with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- A team player who enjoys collaborating and contributing to shared goals.
Experience in sales, freight forwarding/NVOCC, or customer service is an advantage, but not essential full training will be provided.
