We are seeking a
**Finance Administration Officer** to join our team at Woolloongabba on part time/casual basis.

Working exclusively with BYD, we are looking for individuals who can play an integral role in delivering an outstanding customer experience for the launch of this exciting new Electric Vehicle brand in Australia.

**Duties will include, but not limited to**:

- EFTPOS reconciliation - multiple terminals located around the country
- Bank statement reconciliation
- Payment confirmation for deliveries
- Liaising with customer care consultants and stock controllers also based in centralised hub
- Accounts payable - automation verification & EFT batch uploading
- Vehicle encumbrance payouts
- Floorplan payouts
- Deal processing - automation in progress but may require some manual intervention

**About you**:

- Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Management or Bookkeeping
- At least 12 months experience in an account and/or administration role
- Working experience in automotive dealership industry is desirable
- Well-developed computer skills with substantial experience in MS Office (particularly Word and Excel)
- Strong skills in accurate and timely data entry and maintaining data integrity
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
