A nationally recognised organisation is seeking a talented Finance Administrator to join the team in Brisbane on a 9 month contract with high possibility of extension. You'll be an integral part of a culture that values helping others and working together towards the company's long-term objectives.

As the Finance Administrator, you will work under the supervision of the Manager and collaborate with a highly skilled finance administration team.

**The Role**
Responsibilities will include:

- Provide support to the finance division with regards to invoicing
- Investigate invoicing discrepancies
- Manage financial transactions accurately
- Assist in maintaining financial records
- Interpret data for financial reporting
- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in additional projects where needed

**About You**
To be considered for this position you should have:

- Customer-focused attitude with an understanding of finance
- Proactive mindset
- Excellent communication
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders

Ideally, you will also have prior experience working with a large ERP software system.
