**Your new role**
- Designing and developing complex, regular reports and visualisations using Microsoft Power BI
- Supporting the design, deployment and management of the Group’s Business Intelligence technology stack
- Examining and implementing innovative approaches for the presentation of data and information to support stakeholder decision making and performance monitoring.
- Contributing to the development new analytical products and research programs that provide actionable insights to inform the ongoing policy development and service delivery
- To practice cultural safety by creating environments, relationships and systems free from racism and discrimination so that people can feel safe, valued and able to participate.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated skills and experience as a business intelligence developer (specialising in Microsoft Power BI and SSRS).
- Proficient in SQL and DAX.
- Highly creative with proven excellence in analytical thinking and the translation of unstructured and structured data into informative data visuals and reports.
- Demonstrated experience supporting business stakeholders during design, prototyping, development, and implementation phases of business intelligence projects.
- Demonstrated experience capturing and documenting user requirements for Business Intelligence reporting.
