We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruiter to join our Recruitment and training team. We are seeking someone with an upbeat and bubbly nature who has a can-do attitude and enjoys working as part of a team.

We have an opening at our Osborne Park Office (with some possible days at Clarkson). Working on a full-time basis supporting the recruitment of our caring and passionate CAREGiver’s.

This is an entry level role and would suit someone who already has some HR / Recruitment exposure or who has worked in aged care previously and understands how important our frontline care team are, has good administration skills, is an excellent communicator and presents professionally.

**About the role**:
**Skills and Experience**
- Knowledge of aged care and understanding of a carer role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive Approach
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Confidence and ability to learn different management systems to use efficiently.
- Experience using Microsoft office (word, excel, outlook)
- Desire to build long term career in Recruitment / Human Resources
