**About the role**

We are looking for a **People Services Officer **who is responsible for providing timely and accurate services to the People team to assist in the administration and execution of human resources tasks and the maintenance of employee master data. The role will involve process administration activities relating to the full employee lifecycle: setup new employees, update conditions of employment, process terminations and maintain exit interview data; accurately maintain organisational structures within SAP; running reports as requested and provide basic data analysis, as well as other duties as required.

**What you’ll bring to the team**

You will need to demonstrate the following:

- Previous administration experience, preferably within HR or Payroll
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Ability to liaise and communicate confidently with employees across the business
- Maintains a high level of confidentiality and professionalism with sensitive information
- Works strongly within a team environment, but also capable of working autonomously
- SAP experience an advantage, but not essential
