**About the role**

Reporting into the Senior Compliance Officer, you will play a role in the design, development and review of the MinRes Compliance element of the Framework. This role is focused on ensuring that the required standards are maintained through rigorous audits and support of Compliance Trainers and Authorised Assessors.
- Review current Training Framework auditing/compliance based procedures, tools and templates
- Design, develop and review appropriate auditing tools for both internal and contractor based activities.
- Establish user friendly tools and reports for end user to ensure compliance communications are accurate and understandable
- Establish strong stakeholder communications and relations with third party RTOs
- Communicate findings of competency audits to relevant stakeholders and ensure action plans are implemented
- Monitor and assist in the progress of Compliance Trainer Profiles in accordance with RTO requirements
- Monitor and assist in the progress of Authorised Assessor approvals and renewals
- Support and lead a team to execute the Compliance based framework

**What you’ll bring to the team**
- Certificate IV IN Training and Assessment is desirable
- Audit or quality control qualification
- Understanding of the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF), specifically the legislated standards for Registered Training Organizations are essential to the role
- Demonstrated experience in implementing audit procedures and controls
