Administration Officer

The purpose of the role is to provide confidential, efficient and effective executive support to the Deputy Director-General (DDG), Corporate Services. The role will be responsible for ensuring the DDG's daily schedule is planned, organised and updated as required. The role will also provide support to the team's functions in relation to finance, human resource and correspondence systems and processes.
**The key duties and responsibilities to this role include**:
- Maintain the Deputy Director-General's (DDG) diary including organisation of meetings, appointments, conferences and travel arrangements. Provide confidential and high level executive and administrative support the DDG to ensure efficient operation of day-to-day activities including organising written materials and information and coordinating the daily flow of DDG time management. Liaise, consult and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and communicate effectively and respectfully when liaising on behalf of the DDG. Provide support in the delivery and coordination of business management functions in the DDG's office including tasks related to finance and human resource management and executive correspondence, as directed by the Manager. Work collaboratively with other team members to meet deadlines and contribute to high quality service delivery.
