**About the role**:
This is a **12-month fixed term contract **role working full time Monday to Friday.

You will be responsible for providing Commercial Operations support to the Sales Team and customers during and after the sales process.
- Assist with post sale commercial administration
- Liaise with procurement team and suppliers
- Receive and process customer orders
- Liaise with customers for delivery of orders and administration
- Liaise with sales team for pricing
- Arrange delivery requirements and schedules
- Raise and manage internal purchase requests
- Assist with stock management and reporting
- Assist with accounts receivable management and shipment authorisation

**About you**:

- Customer service practice and operation
- Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and interact professionally
- Experience working with internal and external customers/suppliers
- High level of Microsoft Suite experience
- Ability to multitask and adapt to change
- Tertiary education (not essential)
- Experience with ERP Business Management Software (not essential)
