**About The Position**

As a Process Analyst, you will play a crucial role in optimising our operational processes to enhance efficiency and assist with driving overall performance improvements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process enhancement, conduct detailed analysis, and recommend solutions that align with the company's strategic goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with various departments to understand current processes and workflows.
- Participate in process improvement projects by conducting research, gathering requirements, and proposing solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and investigations to understand end user needs and ensure maximum collaboration across the organisation.
- Provide regular reports and updates on process improvement initiatives to management.

**About You**:

- 5 years plus experience in a similar position.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex ideas and findings to different audiences.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for problem-solving.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
