Pioneer Credit is on the lookout for a proactive and skilled Data Analyst to join our dynamic Analytics team. You will be an essential part of the team by driving our data-driven business processes, maintaining high quality data in our systems, and creating data insights to support high-level decision-making.

**Your responsibilities will include to**:

- Manage and improve data-driven business processes to support company’s’ contact centre.
- Design and develop reports to communicate key insights to stakeholders.
- Utilise SQL or SAS for data manipulation and database management.
- Execute ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to integrate data across systems.
- Write and test new programs and debug related code.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop data solutions that meet their needs.
- Identify and resolve issues related to data processes and software integration.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and external partners.

**About you**:

- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience in a similar role within the Financial Services industry
- At least 1-3 years’ experience as a Data/Quantitative Analyst in a related environment.
- Sound SQL skills for data cleansing, manipulation and transformation.
- Proficiency with the SAS programming language or Python/R for analytics
- Ability to work with large data sets and knowledge of common data analysis techniques

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $73,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Location**:

- Perth WA 6000 (preferred)
