We are looking for graduates or students in their final year of an applicable field of study (Data Science, Information Technology, Engineering etc) who have experience working in teams. **Essential Experience**:

- We are looking for someone who is truly passionate about IT and has a relevant tertiary degree in IT or equivalent discipline
- You will be able to demonstrate an ability to work in a fast-paced, professional environment where you’ve been able to put your theoretical knowledge into a practical environment
- Your solid base tertiary knowledge will be complemented by a passion for embracing change and driving performance improvements through collaboration and teamwork
- Accordingly, strong communication and interpersonal skills are a ‘must have’ for this role

- Ability to work collaboratively in both a physical and virtual setting
- Willingness to step outside of your remit to facilitate the growth of the business and its priorities where necessary
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Hands-on, with the ability to learn quickly, work autonomously and be adaptable to different work environments
- Ability to manage expectations and focus under pressure

**Responsibilities & Duties**
As a Graduate Process Analyst, you will be:

- Constantly learning and developing your capabilities as an analyst by working alongside our process analytics team
- Appling your theoretical knowledge into a practical environment to deliver value to our clients
- Analyzing and documenting accurate representations of business processes using business process modeling notation (BPMN)
- Be involved in all aspects of the project lifecycle, including strategy, road-mapping, architecture, and implementation to gain maximum exposure to set you up for a successful consulting career
