Business Analyst – Workday HRIS Implementation, Perth (North of the River)PSG are working with a fantastic organisation located just north of the river in Perth, and we're on the hunt for a sharp, detail-driven, and people-savvy Business Analyst to support the successful implementation of their new Workday HRIS platform.

If you're passionate about understanding business needs, mapping processes, and driving digital transformation, and have experience in HRIS systems (ideally Workday), this is your chance to be part of something bigWhat You'll Be Doing: Partnering with HR, IT, and external vendors to gather, analyse, and document business requirements for the Workday implementation.

Mapping current and future state HR processes, identifying gaps, and supporting process redesign.

Translating business needs into functional specifications and user stories.

Supporting testing activities, including test planning, execution, and defect resolution.

Assisting with data migration, user training, and change management initiatives.

Acting as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.

What We're Looking For: Previous experience as a Business Analyst on HRIS (Workday preferred) or similar enterprise system implementations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.

Confident facilitator with excellent communication and documentation skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a project environment.

A proactive mindset and a passion for helping people adopt new technologies and processes.
