The ICT Centre Support Specialist is a critical role as it’s the primary escalation point for ICT’s support staff and is responsible for supporting customers that use Goodstart’s IT systems. In addition, they perform diagnosis and fault resolution on tickets of work raised by centres, CSO teams and from automated workflows.

Customer service is at the heart of everything we do. A customer service first perspective is key to the success of this role. This role is shift based and can include 6am start times and 8.30pm finish times.

**Your Impact**:
Support, configure and administer IT services and technologies with a focus on automation utilising Powershell scripting or other relevant solutions, potentially including - but not limited to:
PureCloud and other cloud-based telephony solutions
Voice (VOIP) and mobile data solutions
Mobile and remote computing (Windows 10, IOS, Android, Meraki MDM)
Cloud based systems such as Azure & Office 365
Citrix, Windows Server, Cisco Meraki networking
Systems Centre Configuration Manager and Endpoint Protection
Carry out advanced investigation, identification and troubleshooting of all IT incidents and Problems
Maintain user profiles and access multiple IT systems
Deliver ad hoc project tasks and tasks delegated by the ICT Service Delivery Team Lead

**You’ll bring to the table**:
Hold a degree in Information Technology related discipline or equivalent experience
Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in technical support roles
Industry certification in at least one of the technologies used by Goodstart.
Possess technical skills with a willingness to learn and grow knowledge.
