The ICT Systems Owner is a critical support role being responsible for the support, operation and development of the integrated Child Care Management Systems (CCMS)within the overall Goodstart technical environment. This leader will drive a customer-focused culture aligned to Goodstarts’ Foundations, by empowering and enabling the teams to deliver outstanding service and support to our stakeholders.

**Your Impact**:
Develop and deliver the Centre Services technology roadmap to drive innovation and sustainable improvement in operational performance
Build and nurture strong, mature relationships with senior executives, technology leaders, strategic partners and services providers to enable Goodstart’s vision and purpose.
Eliminate roadblocks, address risks and proactively resolve issues so that the Centre Services technology team can deliver sustainable, transformational change.
Design and operate centre service technologies that are integrated, relevant, scaleable, transparent and easy for Goodstarters to use
Operate a well-governed and cost-effective technology portfolio, with clear operational performance standards and service levels
Build and sustain a highly performing, highly diverse and highly engaged technology team with the skills and capabilities.
Provide leadership to direct reports and develop the needs/ skills of individuals and the business.
Crystalise and cultivate a centre led culture through your ability to influence outcomes that are right for children, families and Goodstarters.

**You’ll bring to the table**:
Hold a degree in either Information Technology or Business or equivalent work experience.
Have 3 plus years’ experience with end-to-end responsibilities for integrated systems within complex business environments.
ITIL V4 is desirable as is AGILE solutions development certificate / experience
