**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate Sales Leads: Actively seek and qualify new business opportunities by identifying prospective clients and leveraging ICT market trends. Attend networking events and represent the business. Retain and grow the client base with strategic outreach and follow-ups.
- Consult with Clients: Understand client needs and propose ICT training solutions, including software, and services that best address their operational challenges and goals. Prepare and Deliver Proposals: Create compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotes tailored to the client’s requirements, showcasing the benefits and ROI of our offerings.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with the technical and support teams to ensure smooth delivery and implementation of solutions, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Track Sales Metrics and Targets: Maintain up-to-date sales records, monitor targets, and generate reports to provide insight into sales performance and market trends
- Operations Support: Sales of Virtual assistance solutions and ICT Business courses and delivery of training sessions as required
- Client Management: Nurture client relationships through meet-and-greets and regular updates. Handle client contracts and communications.

**Qualifications**:

- Educational Background: Relevant bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Sales and Marketing, or another related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant ICT sales experience, ideally in a B2B setting.
- Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of ICT hardware, software, and service solutions

**Skills and Abilities**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to close sales and achieve targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
