**Your Impact**:
**As ICT Manager - Security & Risk, you will**:
Lead Goodstart’s cybersecurity strategy, risk management, and compliance frameworks
Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of critical information, particularly Personally Identifiable Information (PII) of children, families, and staff
Develop and implement robust security policies, lead risk assessments, and manage security operations to protect against evolving cyber threats
Foster a cyber-aware culture, empowering employees to proactively safeguard data and systems
Collaborate across the organisation with internal teams, external vendors, and leadership to drive continuous improvement and enhance incident response capabilities
Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, strengthening Goodstart’s security posture and business continuity

**You’ll bring to the table**:
Minimum of 5 years IT management experience
Bachelor’s Degree in either Information Technology or related field
Industry Certification - CISSP or CISM (preferred), CompTIA Security+, SSCP
Demonstrated ability to articulate and present security and risk technology matters at all levels in the organisation - centre staff, Centre Support Office staff, Executives and Board members
Experience with the Security Operations Centre environments, including SIEM, VM and Incident Response Handling
