An opportunity has arisen for a Full Time Client Support Coordinator to join our team based in Murarrie. You will be responsible for providing timely customer support to accounts, preparing quotes, booking collections, and assisting in various administrative tasks.

Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager and working alongside the Sales team and Customer Service teams, this is a diverse and interesting role that is integral to the business.

On a day-to-day basis the successful applicant you will be responsible for:

- Maintaining and updating client profiles and accounts
- Customer support functions including quoting, data entry, sales support
- Process client reports including reconciliation, and settlement reports.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, warehouse, logistics, professional services, and accounts.
- General Administration support across the office

You will have a strong attention to detail and pride yourself on a proactive and positive approach to your work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
