
Partner Sales Leader

**What's the role?**:
As the Partner Sales Leader for Australia and New Zealand (ANZ), you will head Partnerships and Alliances for the (ANZ) region.You will lead a team of Partner Account Managers and be responsible for all activities that develop the strong partner ecosystem across teh ANZ region. This role will also own our Government engagement and strategy, with a focus on Federal and State departments/agencies.
You will co-develop and implement the local Go To Market (GTM) strategy to support our growth targets and generate multi-year revenue streams, identify trends and opportunities to integrate HERE’s portfolio with partner solutions/products, and evangelize HERE Technologies across the ANZ landscape to build/establish brand presence.
The role provides a leadership position within the ANZ team to support the enablement of a diverse network of partners and alliances covering partner solution providers, regional system integrators, technology providers, software providers and consultants.

Your main responsibilities include:
- Leading the Partner and Alliances team for ANZ aligned to the GTM
- Responsible for all sales activities in order to meet individual and team quotas
- Generating a strong and consistent pipeline of opportunities that convert into Bookings and quota retirement
- Identifying and developing key partners and alliances within market segments T&L, Government and Infrastructure
- Coaching and educating the partner team on HERE Sales Process and value creation
- Providing thought leadership and representing HERE at events, industry and government.
- Providing support to cross-functional teams including direct sales, sales support, business solutions, technical and professional services
- Accurately forecasting revenue and bookings and generating timely, quality data inputs in Salesforce
- Evaluating market trends and providing analysis and recommendations to management.
**Who are you?**:
- You are a strong match for this role if you possess the following skills, competencies and experience:
- A total of 18+ years of work experience, with at least 15+ years of Business to Business sales/partner sales experience in Technology
- Significant background in either Transport & Logistics (Supply Chain and Fleet Management) or Government (Transportation & Emergency Services)
- Comprehensive understanding of Channel/Partner Sales and Programs.
- Strong problem-solving and influencing skills and the ability to conceptualize winning strategies, formulate strategic initiatives, and execute under tight timelines
- High tolerance to ambiguity and self drive to accomplish things.
- Proven experience in leading high performing teams
- Prior experience in using value based/solution selling frameworks.
- Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business, Engineering or related fields.
