**About CDK Stone**

For over 35 years, we have been providing total support to the stone industry across Australia. If you see a stone benchtop, there is a chance that we have provided the diamond blades, polishing pads or glue that is responsible for turning a slab of stone into a kitchen or bathroom benchtop. Operating in the premium end of the market, we also import and sell industrial stone processing machinery and luxurious natural stone.

While our products are high end, most of the value we provide comes from partnering with our clients to offer solutions to their businesses. Our Tools and Equipment division has a team of high performing salespeople, and we are now looking for a Sales Manager to help mentor, develop and lead this sales team across Victoria and Western Australia.

**About the Role**

Reporting into the Director of the division, your focus will be to help guide, mentor and lead a team of 7 Salespeople across Victoria and Western Australia.

You will add significant value through:

- Leading, inspiring, coaching, mentoring, and managing the Tools & Equipment sales team
- Driving process improvements and ensuring all customers experience a consistent level of service
- Continuing to strengthen and execute the Tools & Equipment sales strategy, with a key focus on developing our team’s ability to provide solutions to customers
- Supporting Sales Representatives and mentoring them on how to build value driven relationships with customers
- Supporting the Tools & Equipment Sales team with presentations and market analysis
