**Salary**: $70,000 - $80,000pa +superannuation

We’re looking for a full-time **SEO Executive** to work with our Tier 1 clients, driving high-quality link acquisition and improving organic search performance.

**Position Overview**

As a **SEO Executive**, your primary focus will be SEO strategies, ensuring our clients achieve strong domain authority and sustainable rankings. You’ll work alongside content creators, technical SEO experts, and account managers to develop and execute effective SEO campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings and website authority.
- Identify high-quality link opportunities through outreach, partnerships, and PR-driven SEO efforts.
- Conduct competitor backlink analysis using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush and SEO Tools.
- Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-optimised content.
- Monitor and analyse SEO strategies
- Use SEO reporting tools to measure and optimize SEO efforts.
- Stay updated on Google algorithm changes and best practices for off-page SEO.
- Liaise with clients, presenting strategies, progress, and results.
- Contribute to developing internal SEO best practices and thought leadership within the team.

**Position Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- 1+ years of SEO experience
- Experience managing SEO strategies for large websites and competitive industries.
- Strong understanding of SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush
- Experience using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Trends for data-driven SEO decisions.
- Up-to-date knowledge of Google algorithm changes and best practices for link acquisition.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for outreach and partnerships.
- Proactive, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
