**The Opportunity**

This role is responsible for managing the website development and rollout and ensuring our sites and site content deliver a strong customer experience that is more integrated, personalised, and real-time.

Ideally, you will improve our first-party data and generate more insights regarding our audiences and their behaviour.

**The Accountabilities**

The role has end-to-end ownership for web and digital experience, from the brief to approvals, including:

- Website technical maintenance and update briefing to agency or in-house developer
- SEO optimisation through BrightEdge, as well as SEM
- Lead new website improvements with a new CMS platform
- Deliver first-party data experiences through CDP
- Lead CRM strategy, automating customer journeys and personalised communications
- Analytics and Reporting

**The Ingredients for Success**

Just like you can’t make a Tim Tam without chocolate, there are a few essential ingredients we need for this role:

- Web analytics (Google Analytics), SEO experience
- Web design and management, including the design of landing pages and forms
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Active Campaign
