About the Role: We're looking for a highly skilled, talented and driven SEO & Content Specialist to join our growing marketing team to drive organic growth, enhance digital visibility, and support marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
This role combines strategic SEO planning and execution, with hands-on content creation, analytics and reporting.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about search engine optimization, content marketing, and data-driven decision-making Key Responsibilities: Conduct keyword research to identify growth opportunities and improve organic visibility.
Optimise technical and on-page SEO elements to enhance rankings and user experience.
Manage Google Business Profiles and execute backlink acquisition strategies to boost local and domain authority.
Ensure compliance with mobile-first indexing, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals.
Run A/B tests and implement CRO strategies to improve engagement and lead generation.
Analyse user journeys and site behaviour to reduce drop-offs and increase conversion efficiency.
Write and optimise website and landing page copy aligned with SEO and paid search objectives.
Own and deliver a content calendar, producing high-quality blog posts and newsletters that drive traffic and conversions.
Create compelling ad copy and nurture campaign content for B2 B and B2 C audiences.
Monitor and report on SEO and CRO performance using tools like SEMrush, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio.
Provide monthly insights and recommendations to refine digital strategies and improve ROIWhat We're Looking For:3- 5 years hands-on SEO and content experience with proven results in improving rankings, traffic and conversions Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Strong understanding of SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs), Google Analytics, and Google Ads.
Excellent writing skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
Experience with A/B testing, heatmapping tools, and CMS platforms.
A proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
