**ABOUT THE ROLE**
This role would suit someone who is savvy with booking systems and MS Office.
**YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Assist the Venue Operations Coordinator in assessing and responding to venue hire enquiries
- Monitoring and responding to the venue hire inbox
- Answering phone enquiries
- Adding hires to the booking system
- Providing admin support as required
- Organizing mail, as well as handling verbal and written messages
**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**:
- Double vaccination certificate
- Community or arts/cultural venue experience would be ideal
