**About us**

Operating from our new purpose built facility in Hope Valley, Allspec Engineering is a world class ISO9001 results driven steel fabricator working with clients across the resources sector.

As a result of our active pipeline of work and our healthy growth strategy we are currently expanding our team and looking for another **Project Coordinator** to strengthen our Project Team.

**About the role**

The Allspec team consists of experienced and energetic individuals who work together, sharing knowledge and providing support to each other to ensure our clients receive excellent products and services.

As Project Coordinator you are responsible for ensuring we hold to our business commitment of delivering in full and on time to our clients.

Key duties will include:

- Organising, coordinating and effectively executing fabrication projects to meet client expectations.
- Preparing and executing technical queries as required.
- Procuring and scheduling all materials for project completion to ensure deadlines are met.
- Working with our QA/QC Coordinator to ensure all quality documentation is completed i.e MDR's/ITP's;
- Completing NDT requests and Weld maps.
- Compiling RFQ's to subcontractors as per project requirements e.g. machining, surface treatment.
- Liaising with clients throughout project lifecycle, including inspections and update meetings.

About you

You will have a sound knowledge of the Engineering/Fabrication Industry with experience across Mining Projects and Structural Steel.

The role requires a strong customer focus and a solutions orientated approach. Projects don't always run to plan so you will bring your problem solving experience to the role to ensure we deliver in full and on time to the highest quality.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
