We're seeking a full-time Allocator / Scheduler / Project Coordinator who can take charge of daily scheduling, workforce allocation, and client coordination. The right candidate will be a strong communicator who stays calm under pressure, is self-motivated, highly organised, and able to multi-task with confidence.

This is not a sit-back admin job — it's an active, central role in a busy operations team.

Role Requirements

  • Proven experience in scheduling/allocating traffic control crews
  • Must have strong skills in RapidPlan and Microsoft Office
  • Confident communicator with solid problem-solving ability
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • High attention to detail and commitment to getting the job done right
  • Assignar or similar scheduling platform experience
  • Understanding of WHS, ISO or RMS/TCAWS traffic standards

Role Details

38 hours/week (Mon–Fri)

On-call required (weekday evenings/early mornings + rotating weekends)

Laptop & phone provided (for work use only)
