Due to the rapid growth of our client’s business, we are looking for a highly motivated Customer Care Officer to join their team. Helping them to continue in bringing positive change through care technology for older and vulnerable Australians.

Our client is a manufacturer and supplier of medical alarms. They support independent and serviced living with the supply of our gateway and wearables, working to help their customers keep their independence both at home and out in the community.

**The role**:

- Working closely with the Head of Service Delivery to prioritise in the delivery and support of new services
- Ensure promises made to customers, are promises given
- Supporting new clients on their journey of onboarding
- Provision and activate services and devices, including technical configuration
- Customer presentations and training both onsite and remotely
- Co-ordinating of service calls and installations
- Building and maintaining relationships with onsite staff to gain their trust to assist in your needs for remote assistance to test, maintain and replace end user hardware
- Maintaining customer records
- Maintaining and improve customer support issues as measured by NPS scores
- Providing support on various types of hardware and peripherals
- Maintain customer focused ethic and positive attitude

**To be successful in this role you will need to have and display**:

- Strong verbal and written communication
- High attention to detail
- Experienced in customer support roles, preferably in aged care
- Experience in organisation and coordination required to support many moving parts, with multiple stakeholders
- Experienced with Google Suite of products
- Ability to think quickly and adapt to change
- Great Customer Service ethic, showing empathy with customers when needed
- Demands high-quality workmanship of yourself and others
- High level of personal presentation and grooming
- Team player
- Deliver under pressure
- Integrity and honesty at all times

**Knowledge and Skills**:

- 3+ years’ experience in customer support roles
- An interest in IT or Technology
- Experienced giving presentations both one to one, and to groups
- Experience in managing project delivery with many key players and milestones (desirable)
- Experience with provisioning, activation, and installation of client services (desirable)
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing or IT (desirable)
