InspHire is a market leader in the development and provision of rental software environments for
a variety of sectors addressing single or multi-branch operations, as well as catering for
organisations with 'point-of-sale' hire desks and warehouses.
As Project Delivery/Implementation Consultant, you will work autonomously implementing the
inspHire product suite via on site or remote sessions. You will evidence experience of supporting
the roll out of technology systems. This is a hybrid position that requires an individual who has
hands on consultancy experience along with some technical expertise (SQL etc). What's more
important to us is that you evidence a passion for IT and delivery. The environment is extremely
fast moving, and you will need to evidence the ability to be agile in your approach to delivering
assigned projects. Sometimes you will need to deliver difficult messages and manage conflict
resolution so strong client management skills are required
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Ensure all projects are implemented within given timelines, escalating if slippage.
- Manage multiple projects or varying scope and size simultaneously.
- Full implementation life cycle of inspHire product suite.
- Training customers both on-site and remote as determined by the project scope.
- Prepare and conduct project kick-off meetings.
- Monitor, track and report delivery activity and project status.
- Manage/document/escalate delivery risks and issues to Head of PSG.
- Utilise correct tools and processes to ensure project success.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience (Qualification, technical skills, commercial work experience, soft
skills such as communication, presentation, personal attributes)
**Essential**
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Demonstrable experience in Project Management/Implementation.
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in all aspects of the project life cycle.
- Great problem-solving ability.
- Full driving licence required.
**Desirable**
- Understanding of ERP systems and their delivery (any software implementation is great).
- If you have experience in a PM role you will need to evidence good 'standalone' implementation
experience (This is a single contributor role, no direct reports limited budget responsibility).
- Exposure to SQL Server databases and Crystal Reports or similar.
- Commercially Aware.
- Forward thinking/proactive nature.
