**Kingston Human Capital **has been engaged by one of Queensland’s leading Government Departments to assist in sourcing
**an effective Project Officer** to join their team ASAP
**.**

**As the Project Support Officer, you will**
- Provide support for large projects or procurement activities
- Maintain and contribute to the development and maintenance of accurate documentation and resources
- Provide support for sourcing projects and activities such as tendering documentation and industry engagements
- Maintain records of decisions, evaluation processes, and assisting implementation
- Provide quality and timely support to ensure the successful and effective project delivery
- Exhibit time management skills crucial in developing category plans, market analysis, supply management, and performance reporting activities based on data interpretation
- Demonstrate great stakeholder engagement

- Strong customer focus and capacity to build trust and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrates great skills and ability in Excel and data visualisation along with the ability to manage large data sets
