**Your new company**
This agency is at the forefront of providing highly level advice to support the development and implementation of Government policies to ensure a coordinated and innovative approach. The people branch is looking for innovative and forward-thinking Recruitment Advisor who will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and off boarding for employees across all levels to the agency. They are looking for an experienced, reliable, and responsible individuals who have strong relationship building skills and APS experience

**Your new role**
As the Recruitment Advisor you will be responsible in working with business areas to understand their sourcing needs and appropriately guide them through the recruitment process including onboarding. In addition to this you will
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for employees, including preparation of relevant employment paperwork and providing support with their transition
- Support end-to-end recruitment, including advice on contemporary and best practice recruitment solutions and job builds in eRecruit and advertising platforms
- Ad hoc support across different HR related projects
