**Quick overview of the role**

Reporting to the Transport & Logistics Manager, you will you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the transport department, resellers, and the network to ensure logistics are coordinated and delivered to achieve targeted outcomes.

**What will you be doing?**
- Managing all resellers including entering orders
- Charge out additional expenses i.e. demurrage/dunnage
- Limit all transport credits
- Procurement of miscellaneous items for the department
- Follow up on any delivery queries or issues (escalate any significant issues)
- Upload delivery photos
- Weekly and monthly fuel reconciliation and invoicing for internal and sub-contractors
- Entering Mex report and purchase orders
- Checking and approving invoices
- Liaising with customers and drivers to ensure timely distribution
- Setting up and organising new fuel tags for drivers
- Entering and checking drivers’ timesheets for payroll (if Transport & Logistics Manager is absent)
- Ensure vehicles are up to date COI's, service and registrations
- Weekly KPI reporting
- Transport knowledge
- Building runs for drivers
- Previous administrative role in a high-pressure environment
- The ability to work as part of the team and work well under pressure
- Phone etiquette
