About the Role
As our Marketing & Design Coordinator, you’ll:
- Coordinate and support national and site-level marketing campaigns
- Create and distribute newsletters, flyers, posters, and internal communications
- Manage updates to marketing assets and assist with design tasks in InDesign and PowerPoint
- Liaise with suppliers for print, promotional items, and event logistics
- Support our care homes with resident newsletters, recognition emails, and milestone celebrations
- Assist with events and expos, including preparation and coordination
- Maintain internal systems, shared drives, and digital asset libraries
- Provide day-to-day support across the marketing team, helping to triage and coordinate requests
About You
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- A Certificate/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or similar (completed or in progress)
- 1–2 years’ experience in a marketing support or coordination role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign, and Vision6 (or similar platforms)
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, “can-do” attitude with a genuine love for creative problem solving
Experience in aged care, healthcare, or a related industry will be highly regarded, but not essential.
