Based at
**Eagle Farm**, we are seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor to take responsibility for the timely production of high quality aluminium fabricated products. You will work collaboratively and lead the fabrication team, whilst maintaining a positive team environment that has an emphasis on workplace health and safety.

**_The Role:_**
- Plan, schedule, monitor and supervise the manufacture of accurate quality products for delivery to customers in full and on time.
- Engage, train, counsel and mentor production staff.
- Provide a safe compliant workplace by safe operation of plant and machinery, vehicles, tools and equipment.

**_The Person:_**
- Previous workshop supervisory experience with capability in leading and developing teams
- Metal fabrication trade (or equivalent) background - boilermaking or welding
- Focused on quality product, meeting delivery expectations and controlling production costs.
- Good relationship builder with the discipline for getting things done.
- Fully aware of workplace health and safety obligations and requirements.
- Adaptable, flexible, and level-headed when confronted with a range of complexities.
