Join us as Maintenance Workshop Supervisor,where you will plan, supervise and lead workshop activitiessupporting vessel maintenance, refit preparation, upgrades andmodifications to vessels and their equipment. You will lead a smallteam of tradespeople providing guidance, support, and training asneeded, participating in work activities and demonstrating tradeexcellence.

Technical, organised and focused: Here’s whowe’re looking for.

- You are a trade qualified (preferablyboilermaker/mechanical fitter) hands-on supervisor, experiencedin ensuring workshop activities are planned and executed in asafe, efficient, and cost-effective manner.
- You have experience in maintenance with an understanding ofrelevant materials and classifications and an interest inlearning about maritime.
- You have a commitment to the safety and wellbeing of yourteam, of contractors and visitors to the workshop.
- You are competent in troubleshooting and diagnosing issuesor problems and providing technical expertise and guidance tothe team.
- You have exposure to a computerised maintenance managementsystem (i.e. MEX or SAP) and are comfortable using computersystems.
- You have a strong attention to detail, able to problemsolve and coordinate multiple activities.
