Workshop Supervisor

Looking for an experienced workshop supervisor for our upcoming projects, Redcliffe area

Must have experience in metal works and medium structural steel,

Mainly fabricating mild steel balustrade, handrails, stairs and ladders -but not limited to

Must have good communication skills, read plans, problem solve, and be able to motivate and lead a small team

Must be qualified and have experience in similar role

Monday-Friday 40hr weeks with overtime available

$40-$50 hrly rate, negotiable with experience

Pay: $40.40 - $50.52 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Supervising: 4 years (required)
- metal works: 5 years (required)
- Metal fabrication: 4 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

**Location**:

- Brisbane, QLD (required)

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 25/11/2024
