• Monday to Friday role with a rostered day off every 4 weeks

Maintenance Workshop Supervisor
, where you will plan, supervise and lead workshop activities supporting vessel maintenance, refit preparation, upgrades and modifications to vessels and their equipment. You will lead a small team of tradespeople providing guidance, support, and training as needed, participating in work activities and demonstrating trade excellence.

Technical, organised and focused: Here's who we're looking for.

• You are a trade qualified (preferably boilermaker/mechanical fitter) hands-on supervisor, experienced in ensuring workshop activities are planned and executed in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner.
• You have experience in maintenance with an understanding of relevant materials and classifications and an interest in learning about maritime.
• You have a commitment to the safety and wellbeing of your team, of contractors and visitors to the workshop.
• You are competent in troubleshooting and diagnosing issues or problems and providing technical expertise and guidance to the team.
• You have exposure to a computerised maintenance management system (i.e. MEX or SAP) and are comfortable using computer systems.
• You have a strong attention to detail, able to problem solve and coordinate multiple activities.
