TDF is currently looking for a full time People & Talent Acquisition Lead, who is as passionate about hiring and data as we are, to join us and help us expand our small but growing teams in Melbourne and Sydney. This role, based in Melbourne, would ideally suit an outcomes-focused person, with strong technical recruiting experience.

**Job Description**:

- Partner with our Technical Team Leads and Chief People Officer to build teams across Melbourne (initially) and then Sydney.
- Source for active and passive talent in the market and develop talent pools with a focus on Data Analysts, Data Engineers, and Data Scientists.
- Market map organisations with passive talent in line with the needs of TDF’s near
- and medium-term hiring requirements.
- Manage the onboarding process, including offer letters, VISA requirements and new starter documentation.
- Support the Team Leaders with the induction program and development of growth & development plans.
- Build the TDF employment brand through social media channels, women-in-data events, and other employment events.
- Set up the Intern hiring process.

**Qualifications**:
**What You Bring to The Role**
- Proven experience working as a Recruiter in Software Development, Data & Analytics, Big Data, Security, or other highly technical areas.
- Previous experience as an internal technical recruiter preferred.
- A positive, resourceful, and motivated attitude with the ability to work independently when required, creatively and calmly under pressure.
- A basic understanding of data and technology-related concepts.
- An interest in high-growth technology start-up companies.
- A solid network of contacts across the local data and technology industry segments.
