Lotus people In this Talent Acquisition role, you will add value to the collaborative Talent Acquisition team by managing the end-to-end recruitment across various types of roles in both blue and white collar roles. Working with a supportive manager and HR team.

**The Duties**
- Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer management
- Attracting new talent through advanced talent sourcing
- Liaise with hiring managers in order to attract the best talent
- Experience working within end-to-end recruitment role - we are very open on level
- Driven and confident - be able to hit the the ground running
