As we see an exciting uplift in business here at Compass Group Australia, we are currently calling out for expressions of interest from polished Hospitality Manager located within the Inner Bayside area and surrounds. This role would be suited to someone with strong multi-outlet experience within a retail or a la carte environment.

You’ll thrive on client and customer interaction, getting the best out of your team and exceeding our client’s expectations. You will be leading a large team of service and culinary professionals who are dedicated to fresh and inventive flavours, flawless service standards and great banter These roles offer supportive work environments and a people-centric company ethos.

**Key Duties**
- Cost control and financial reporting
- Over seeing a high level of events and functions (internal and external stakeholders)
- Establishing and maintaining key stakeholder relationships
- Communicate and work collaboratively with the client on all aspects of delivering a quality service to achieve mutually rewarding outcomes
- Developing leadership and employee capability, and foster a high-performance culture through continuous improvement and innovation
- Driving operational efficiency to maximise financial results without compromising quality

**The Person**
- Demonstrated experience at management level, qualifications in hospitality with business management preferred
- Experience in a comparable environment or within a multi-site catering environment
- Ability to connect with key stakeholders and deliver superior service levels
- Commercially savvy and knows how to identify and deliver on growth opportunities
- Proactive leader who is professional, positive, supportive and motivated with experience in recruiting, mentoring, training and developing a team of hospitality professionals
- An advocate for diversity and inclusion within the workplace
