ABOUT THE ROLE

Responsible for the first and last impressions for our guests, your day will be full of variety, from monitoring reservations and maximising seating arrangements, answering calls and responding to group booking enquires. You’ll support the front of house team with the smooth flow of food and beverage operations whilst providing warm and friendly service, ensuring our guests always enjoy a memorable experience.

ABOUT YOU
- Positive, personable, and energetic - guest service is in your DNA
- Excellent communication and administration skills
- Quick thinker, highly organised with superb attention to detail
- Sound knowledge of POS and Reservations Management Platforms (Seven Rooms)
- Passion for food and beverage backed by previous experience in a similar role, in a restaurant or hotel environment.
- Australian visa with unrestricted working rights.
- Must hold a valid VIC Responsible Serving of Alcohol Certificate (RSA).
