Your New Company
A permanent full time role has become available for a Service and Warranty Co-ordinator working in the construction sector on the Gold Coast. This high profile residential builder are a market leading business, with a foundation based on delivering a superior five star service. Their aim is to provide each and every client a smooth building process and a luxury end result.

Your New Role
Your role is designed to support all clients with their service and warranty queries. You will support your clients and discuss their expectations and resolve any queries, you will also manage any maintenance required. Someone who is completely customer focused and will always go the extra mile to supply that luxury experience will be most suitable. It is expected that you will develop and preserve a range of different relationships with the business’s clientele.

What you’ll need to succeed
You will enjoy working in a structured environment, have a high work ethic and be confident in your administration skills - advanced level of Microsoft Office is preferred. Your ability to go above and beyond for your clients will aid you in this role. This high volume position requires someone who is resilient with a bubbly and friendly nature.
